Ruth asked me to send out a reminder to you about making a decision if you want to see a Broadway Matinee while in NY, and let her know this Sunday (and if you have an idea of what you'd like to see). She will need to research ticket availability and cost right away (this was not included in the estimate I sent earlier today).

Hi All Gimel Dancers and Parents
The New York plans are falling into place nicely. We have secured our airline tickets from Madison to LaGuardia on Friday, March 27, 2009. Our flight leaves Friday at 7:30am, returning Sunday 11:25pm. We will be staying at the Wyngate Hotel, Manhattan Midtown. Our stay includes hot breakfast.
It is time for us to collect the first payment as we must pay for the tickets. Please send a check for $350, by November 21st, made out to Yonim to the address below. We expect the last payment to be around $300 and due February 1st.
This will be a very memorable experience :-)
